Lee Bell Designs, we have been on the cutting edge in the jewelry
industry since our inception. Originally know for our elegant diamond
creations, we now offer the highest-quality Moissanite jewels by
Charles & Colvard, at outstanding prices. We also provide full-service
jewelry manufacturing from start to finish. All of our moissanite
jewels are checked for excellence in clarity, color and cut and hand
set in our unique and exquisite settings to provide you with the best
moissanite jewelry item available on earth. Our over a half of a
century of expertise in the jewelry industry shows in the end result
of your timeless creation. We use the same quality and care in all
manufacturing and the setting of our moissanite jewelry that we use in
our diamond jewelry creations. We are located in the Tampa Bay area of
Florida and we do have a showroom for you to view some of our

are not generally open to the public. We do offer in house custom
designs to your specifications
Company Policies
Unconditional Guarantee:
Every piece of jewelry purchased from Lee
Bell is backed by our guarantee that includes free lifetime stone
tightening and polishing along with unconditional replacement if due
to faulty craftsmanship.
Warranty:
To ensure your selection is
of the highest quality, all our jewelry goes through quality control
points in the manufacturing process and is inspected again by our
laboratory. All of our jewelry comes with a Charles & Colvard
Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty and
Appraisal for Insurance stating retail value or the item. Lee Bell
Designs maintains a lifetime warranty on all of our settings against
any manufacturing defect. If any damage should occur, we will gladly
repair your jewelry item.
Shipping time: Our
extensive selection offers you more options than any other site on the
Web. All our items are manufactured to your specifications which
offers you a custom made item for a fraction of the cost that you
would pay elsewhere. We manufacture all items after the order
is placed. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 days. Customers will
be notified of any lengthy delays or problems as quickly as possible.

I nternational
Purchasers:
All International
Payments must be by wire transfer and we do not ship until the
transfer has cleared. International buyer pays all duties and customs
fees upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for
information prior to purchase. We only ship with full insurance on the
item. Please do not ask us to state a lower value to avoid import
taxes. International shipping fees vary but normally run at least $50.
Please e-mail for a quote before ordering. We do not ship to
Indonesia, Africa, Hong Kong or any other high risk country.
Layaway:
Layaway is available on all our items. Simply pay 1/4th of your
purchase amount now, then pay out the remainder at your convenience
over the next 4 months. We do not charge any interest fees. Should you
cancel, there is a 25% restock fee (from the purchase amount) and it
will be deducted from your refund.
Lifetime
Upgrade: We
will upgrade any of our purchased moissanite items for your lifetime.
When you are ready for a larger one let us know. All documents should
maintained by customer to qualify for the upgrade. For more details
about this option please email us.
Cancellations: All
orders are processed upon receipt. We are sorry but there is a 10%
cancellation fee for all orders cancelled. We custom make all items to
order and once your credit card is charged, your item is in progress
and will incur the cancellation fee.
Returns: We hope your Moissanite or jewelry
purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer
an exchange or full refund, you may return your item within 10 days of
its shipment.
Lee Bell offers an exchange at the full purchase price on any of our
other items on our website .Items that have been worn, resized,
engraved, or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for
return. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of
the original packaging materials and documentation
and the original tag
still affixed to the item. Any item that has the tag removed will
absolutely not be eligible for a refund.
Since we make each
and every item to your specifications, there is a 10% restock fee on
every item. Platinum is an additional 10% restock fee.
A Return
authorization number is required. Please request one before shipping.
Modifications: Occasionally
we can modify our selections to accommodate your desires. If the size
or combination of stones is not listed on our site, you can call to
talk to one of our sales consultants to see if what you desire is
possible. We do our best to meet your requests, however, any item that
we modify is not returnable for a refund or an exchange since it is
not an item that we carry in our like and is only made to your
specifications and for you and you alone.
To return an item
to Lee Bell Designs, follow our three step process:

Please include your full name, shipping information and order
number. When you get your authorization number, please
Write this code on the outside the outside of the box or your
package will not be received.
Place all the original packaging in the box, including the
appraisal and the certificate. (The certificate carries a
$50 replacement fee.) For security reasons, do not write jewelry
anywhere on the outside of the box.
Items will only be accepted
if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials
and documentation
and the original tag
still affixed to the item. Any item that has the tag removed will
absolutely not be eligible for a refund.
Insure your item back to us with full tracking.
You may ship by any carrier that you prefer.
Lee Bell will not be responsible for loss or damage of return
shipments.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality
Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding
your return or exchange within ten business days. There is a 10%
restock fee on every refund. There is an additional restock fee of 10%
on any platinum jewelry. On exchanges or equal or greater prices,
there is not a restock fee. On exchanges to a lesser price, the
restock fee only applies on the amount to be refunded. We are happy to
ship the exchanged item to you but there is a $25 fee on shipping that
will be billed to the credit card that you authorized on your original
purchase.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will
be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been
resized (by a jeweler other than Lee Bell), engraved, altered, or
damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Value:
We offer you outstanding
value by bringing you a selection of the finest moissanites direct
from the manufacturer to your doorstep. We bypass the intermediaries
in the traditional distribution channels and pass on the savings to
you. We will match any advertised price by our competitors.

Weights:
All gram weights are approximate when included in the descriptions.
Lee Bell Designs cannot be held responsible for weight variances,
lengths or widths plus or minus 10%. Moissanite carat weight is listed
in diamond equivalents and in mm sizes and are not true Moissanite
weight.
E-mail:
E-mails are normally answered within hours, M-F from 9-5 eastern time.
E-mails emails received after 5pm eastern time will be answered the
following day. E-mail questions received on the weekends will normally
be answered the same or next day but on occasion may not be answered
until Monday as staff is not always available. Sorry for the
inconvenience.
Privacy Policy:
The security and
protection of our customers' personal information is our top priority
and is especially important in our business of fine jewelry. We have a
seasoned team of professionals overseeing our operations and have
never had a problem with securing the privacy of our customer
information.
Corrections or Errors:
We reserve the right to
correct any error, typographical or otherwise on the site and can not
be held responsible or held to any pricing that resulted from such

liable, for (a) typographical errors, incorrect insertions or
omissions published on this site or (b) any resulting losses because
of this.
